New Enterprise

Making the decision to start your own business can be daunting, but once you have, you have achieved the first big step. Running your own business will require you to have a multitude of skills and to perform tasks that you may not be familiar with. You may need to seek advice, help and support from other resources.

There are a variety of places you can get assistance from and we have listed a few for you. Contacting your local enterprise agency or Business Link (see the panel on the right) is a good start and they will offer you an array of services from business advisors, business planning, training and sometimes funding or financial advice. Connecting with other business owners for support and encouragement is also very important.

Within our website our peers give advice freely within their blogs, you can discuss topics within the forum to the entire business community and you can start to build around you a team of experts who have all been where you are. Getting out to local networking events will help you to build further business relationships and you should research your local area for some near to you.

We have local groups that are bringing ladies together to meet, share, be inspired and exchange business. We hope that these groups will expand as ladies become local Pink Agents in the future. Once you create your own venture, you will never look back.
