HELEN QUAYLE Founder of LaserHQ, is a multi-award winning female founder. Winner of the Enterprise Vision Awards Customer Services Award in 2023 and Young Entrepreneur Award in 2022, she started her laser hair removal business from a small room at the back of a salon with £50 and now has clinics all over the North West with plans to expand across the UK. With her customers at the heart of the business, LaserHQ changes people’s lives on a daily basis by empowering them with confidence and life changing results. She is passionate about the ‘Break the Taboo’ campaign, helps women who have PCOS and endometriosis and the side effects of unwanted facial hair and has amassed a large social media following with a creative approach to her marketing.

FIONA LAMBERT She is one of the UK’s leading business women, until recently, MD of Jaeger at M&S, but previously with senior roles at Next, Asda, Dunelm and River Island. Fiona worked alongside George’s founder George Davies to set up and launch George as the first fashion supermarket brand in 1990.

She has developed great, inspired teams and coaches and mentors individuals to be the best they can be.

She turned her passion and energy at 60 into getting into the best shape of her life, to defy stereo types of how society sees 60, and recently published her book Invincible not Invisible. 

Serial entrepreneur, REBECCA McCANN is the founder of the Pro Blo Group and podcast The Rebecca McCann Show. From the basement to a million pound turnover in the first twelve months, she now sells her two brands in over 55 retailers around the world including Harvey Nichols, ASOS, Pretty Little Thing, Next and Bloomingdales. From Strictly to Kim Kardashian, her customers love the products so much they are her biggest fans – and advertisers! From exit strategies to launching a new brand, Rebecca is the go-to-girl for entrepreneurs wanting to know how to get their brand noticed and creating a loyal, and vocal, customer fan-base.

Juliana and Katie, co-founders of The Mellow Patch Company, are two passionate mums turned entrepreneurs who embarked on a journey to revolutionise wellness solutions naturally. In just 12 months, their innovative approach has seen remarkable milestones, from launching a range of effective patches online to securing a pivotal partnership with Boots, where their products will soon be available nationwide.
