Rachel is a successful business owner, lecturer and network marketer with a passion for supporting women to start their own successful businesses. Rachel has a love of learning and business, so combined the two to complete her Business and Management Degree in 2007 . She followed this up, a year later, with a PGCE to fulfil her dream of becoming a teacher/lecturer. Rachel continues to take part in training and building her knowledge so that she can pass this on to her clients and partake in her love of personal and professional development.
Alongside her position as a business lecturer, Rachel currently owns three successful businesses and is passionate about supporting women to feel confident enough to start up their own business. She supports women to overcome the stress of opening a new business giving them the knowledge that they need to move forward, without having the need of a business background. Rachel is also a passionate advocate for self love and self care. and strongly believes that these two practices can lead to a happier lifestyle. Her favourite quote is “You can’t drink from and empty cup”.
Rachel’s greatest achievement comes not from her businesses and academic background but from successfully going through the adoption process and, with her husband, adopting their two beautiful children. This was the most rewarding process that she has ever been through, twice! When she is not working you will find her with the children, reading or ‘Netflix and Crocheting’. Rachel loves family life and her yearly highlights are the family holidays where they spend quality family time with no distractions.
If you have considered the big move from employment to self employment, or turning a hobby into a business, then Rachel has the skills to help you get your business off to an amazing start.
