My passion is the pure unlimited potential of people!

I am fascinated by psychology and exploring beyond the parameters of what we think is possible & who we believe we are.

My focus is Emotional Intelligence & Spiritual Intelligence for the purpose of empowering leadership from within.

For years I have been researching what makes us who we are, how the mind works, the part emotions have to play and expanding my understanding of what is possible when we shift beyond our limitations, perspectives and beliefs.

This was prompted by my own challenging personal transformation of several years. I went from being a complete sceptic of anything beyond what I could see in plain daylight to experiencing a spiritual awakening and an ability to access higher levels of consciousness.

I created Elemental Leadership® an integration model & programme for exploring the archetypes within ourselves and the parts that make us whole.

It is not prescriptive but exploratory. There are no right or wrongs, it is about learning & growth.

Based on the natural elements of Earth, Air, Water & Fire, it reflects what exists within our psyche and the archetypes connected to this.
