During this session, Helen Kimber of Hero Lifestyles will share some simple nutrition tips and advice – as well as some recipes – to help you maintain wellbeing. She will also be providing some exercise techniques that you can do at home to help you stay fit, healthy and focused.

Helen will reveal how she manages her own physical and psychological wellbeing using nutrition and exercise.

Helen Kimber of Hero Lifestyle is an Award-winning nutritionist, personal trainer and yoga teacher.

Helen has over 30 years as a nutrition educator and presenter and works closely with several businesses providing nutrition support and advice. She runs her own nutrition clinic at Ribby Hall Spa and provides yoga and fitness to various organisations. She also works with individuals providing bespoke nutrition, fitness and yoga programs in their own homes.
