Employment & Issues Post Covid 19

Many people are facing unprecedented issues regarding their employment and/or business situations. Ray will give an overview of what is currently known and what you may need to do post-Covid19.

She will then take any questions you may have and will (hopefully!) be able to give an answer to help you plan forward for when your employment restarts or your business can open again.

Ray has had a varied and wide range of working experience including business and both local and central government

From 1994- 2002 Ray was Chief Executive of ELCS Limited and played a significant role in assisting the company to win the North of England Business Excellence Award in 2001. Ray was a Non-Executive Director with the Blackpool NHS Trust Board from November 2002 to 2013 and is currently a Non-Executive Director for the Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre Credit Union (Trading as CLEVR MONEY).

QHR Solutions started in 2002 and has been trading continuously since then providing HR services to mainly SMEs. Although she works mainly for the private sector Ray has also written HR and Personnel policy documents for Public Sector organisations and has been published on the Public Service website which is the Information Portal for the Public Sector.
