Be Kinder with Jenna Atkinson
Monday 4 May at 10am
Earlier this year, after a trip to New York, Jenna was inspired to start her Be A Little Kinder campaign. Each week, someone is picked at random and is the surprise recipient of an act of kindness. This boost of positivity gives a sense of being connected with others. It makes them feel better and will in turn encourage them to be kind to other people.
Join us for an empowering, uplifting session and leave with a smile and warmth in your heart.

Relationships can be under a lot of pressure when families are ordered to spend 24/7 together. Arguments and reports of abuse, physical, emotional and financial, have increased leading to more breakdowns in relationships.
