PINK LINK TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions set out the agreement between you and Pink Link Ladies Limited (Cotton Court, Church Street, Preston, PR1 3BY). Please take a moment to read them, we’ve kept the language as clear as possible.
1. Membership

Members are invited to attend events organised by Pink Link. Details will always be available on our website and via our e-newsletters.

All information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date (changes of job, contact details etc).

Membership runs for 12 months from your join date. Membership fees are payable in sterling via BACS, debit/credit card, or standing order (admin fees may apply).

Your first year’s fee includes a £50 non-refundable admin fee.

Membership may be cancelled within 14 days of acceptance (minus the admin fee).
Sponsor Membership:

Sponsor membership applies to employees of the named company and requires a named representative.

Membership can be transferred to another employee if we’re notified.
-
Sponsor membership may be cancelled within 14 days of acceptance (admin fee excluded).
2. Ending Membership

Membership renews annually. If payment is not made, membership ends.

Pink Link reserves the right to withdraw or refuse membership if a member brings the organisation into disrepute, repeatedly books and fails to attend events, misuses membership, or promotes a directly competing company.

Members wishing to end their membership should give 28 days’ notice in writing.

Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing with 30 days’ notice. Our Membership Cancellation Terms are as follows:

If cancellation occurs within the first 6 months of your membership, a 25% cancellation fee (based on your original invoice) will apply.

If cancellation occurs within the final 6 months of your membership, 100% of the remaining balance will be payable.

3. Events

Events must be booked in advance and paid for prior to attending.

By booking, you agree to our Event Terms & Conditions (see section 6).

Event details may change – venues can be switched within the same region if necessary.
4. Event Cancellation & Refunds
We want to be clear and fair:

Tickets are non-refundable. This applies to all bookings, including cases of non-attendance for any reason.

Tickets cannot be resold without our prior permission.

Invoices remain payable in full in the event of non-attendance.

We reserve the right to adjust seating if attendees are absent on the day.

Substitutions are welcome. If you can’t attend, you may send someone else in your place – just let us know at least 30 days before the event.

Klarna & Instalment Payments: If you pay via Klarna or another instalment plan, your payment plan will continue as agreed, even if you don’t attend. Refunds are not available once a booking is confirmed.

If Pink Link cancels or postpones an event, you will be offered either a transfer to the next available event or a refund of your event fee. Please note: we cannot refund other costs such as travel or accommodation.
5. Attending Events
We want our events to be enjoyable and safe for everyone. Attendees must:

Arrive on time.

Behave in a respectful, safe manner towards all.

Follow venue health & safety rules.
-
Avoid disruptive behaviour.
-
Accept responsibility for any damage caused to venues or property.
-
Keep personal belongings with you (we can’t be liable for loss or theft).
Failure to comply may result in being asked to leave without refund.
6. Other Important Terms

We may photograph or film at events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in event photography/video unless you notify us otherwise.

If you have special dietary, medical or accessibility requirements, please let us know at least 7 days before the event.

Your personal information will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy (available on our website).

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
