If there’s one thing we’ve learned over the years, it’s this: when women come together in a supportive, empowering space, amazing things happen.

That’s exactly why women in business events are not just “nice to have”, we believe they are essential. Our Pink Link events are built on the belief that community over competition isn’t just a catchy phrase, it’s something we live and breathe. We’ve seen first-hand how powerful it is when women share experiences, ideas, and even the tough bits. There’s no judgement – just a room full of people who get it.

We see women cheering each other on, straightening each other’s crowns when they slip, and celebrating wins, no matter how big or small. It’s also a space where women share their lived experiences to help others avoid the same pitfalls, find much-needed resources, and bounce around ideas – even the wild and wacky ones – we love those too!

And yes, we share laughs and the odd tear too, because you and I both know, running a business or climbing the career ladder is no walk in the park.

We walk the talk

Where possible, we use venues owned by our Pink Link members or women we’ve met through the Enterprise Vision Awards. It’s our way of keeping the support going and putting our values into action – supporting women-owned businesses at every opportunity.
